Keypable activates once, the first time you run it. If you bought it from our website, a small window asks for your license key (it looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) — type or paste it and press Activate. If you bought it on Steam, there's nothing to type: the app confirms your purchase automatically and opens. After activation, Keypable works offline forever — no repeated checks and no time limits.

Each key works on up to two PCs. The transfer option appears in the activation window when you try to activate on a new computer, or once a key has reached its two-machine limit. Enter the email you bought Keypable with, and a 6-digit code is sent to it. Type the code and confirm — your license moves to the new PC and the oldest one is freed. Transfers are limited to two per 30 days.

Windows' Xbox-controller system supports a hard maximum of four Xbox controllers at once — that's a Windows limit, not ours, so four is the real ceiling for the Xbox-controller mode. Your sim gear (racing wheel, pedals, handbrake, button boxes) is additional to those four, so you can run four game controllers plus your wheel and pedals together.

Keypable can present your controller two ways. In Xbox mode (the default) your PlayStation or Switch pad appears to games as an Xbox controller, so it works in games that only accept Xbox controllers — and those games show Xbox button prompts. In Native mode your DualSense or DualShock 4 stays itself, so games that already support PlayStation controllers show PlayStation button prompts. You switch modes in the app. Leave it on Xbox mode if you're unsure; pick Native when a game already supports your controller and you want its real buttons and prompts.

Almost every change is fine — Keypable still recognises it as the same PC. Swapping your graphics card, adding RAM or drives, or plugging in new mice, keyboards, or USB devices does not affect activation. It only sees a new computer if you reinstall Windows or replace the main system drive or motherboard — and in that case, the quick email transfer above takes about a minute.

Yes. The only time Keypable needs the internet is the one-time activation on first run. After that it runs completely offline — losing your connection never stops the app.

Check your spam or junk folder first — that's the most common cause. Make sure you typed the exact email you bought Keypable with (for privacy, the app won't confirm whether an address matches). Codes expire after a short time, so you can request a fresh one by starting the transfer again. If it still doesn't arrive after a few tries, contact support@digi.sa with your purchase email.

Close the wheel's own software first (for example, Logitech G HUB), then click Rescan on the Devices page. If another program is still holding the wheel, Keypable will name it for you so you know what to close. Note that wheel mode is beta, and force feedback is not available — you get rumble only.

Make sure you're in Xbox 360 mode and clicked Play. Open the Live View tab and check the XInput view — your input should be on Player 1 (slot 0). If it's on another slot, click Fix player slot. If a game sees two controllers, reconnect in Xbox 360 mode so Morph can hide the physical pad; a single PC restart after installing the drivers helps.

24 languages, including English, Arabic (full right-to-left), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Turkish, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Hungarian, Swedish, Thai, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Romanian, Hindi, and Indonesian. Change it in Settings → Language. Anything not yet translated falls back to English.
