Terms and End-User Licence Agreement
The rules for buying and using Keypable.
These terms apply to the standalone Keypable application for Windows. By purchasing, installing, or using Keypable, you agree to them.
1. Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Keypable—not ownership of the software or source code. A Website-edition licence may be active on up to two PCs you own or control. You may move it when replacing or rebuilding a PC, subject to the anti-sharing limit of four device changes in seven days; support may correct legitimate problems.
You may use Keypable personally or commercially. You may not publish or share a key, resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, impersonate the product, bypass its licence controls, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
2. Updates and availability
Updates are included without an additional update fee while Digital Intelligence maintains and distributes Keypable. This is not a promise that the product, every online service, or support will operate forever. Features may change for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons.
3. Drivers and third-party software
Keypable may install signed virtual-controller and device-filter drivers. They are shared system components and may remain after uninstalling Keypable so other software is not broken. Third-party notices are supplied with the application.
4. Payment, delivery, and refunds
Prices and taxes are shown before payment. Website orders provide an online software download and a licence key or gift code. Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Under Article 13(2)(f) of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, online software downloads are excluded from the ordinary cancellation right except where a defect prevents download or the software is not as agreed. Standalone purchases are final when download and licence access are made available, without removing any mandatory remedy for failed delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or material non-conformity that we cannot remedy.
5. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed for accounts, payments, licensing, updates, support, fraud prevention, and legal records. You are responsible for keeping your account and licence key confidential.
6. Suspension and termination
We may block or revoke a licence reasonably linked to public sharing, resale, fraud, chargeback, tampering, or deliberate circumvention. Where practical, we will allow a legitimate customer to contact support and correct an error. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.
7. Warranty and liability
Keypable is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Hardware, games, anti-cheat systems, Windows, and third-party drivers can change, so compatibility and uninterrupted or error-free operation are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected licence. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without removing mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions or notices: support@digi.sa.
