Refund Policy
A clear policy for standalone orders.
Website edition
The Website edition is an online software download delivered immediately with a reusable digital licence key. Under Article 13(2)(f) of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, the ordinary cancellation right does not apply to online software downloads, except where a defect prevents completion of the download or the software is not as agreed. Website-edition sales are therefore final when download and licence access are made available. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Download, activation, or use also confirms delivery and benefit.
This policy does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact us if delivery or download failed, you were charged twice, the charge was unauthorized, or Keypable is materially not as described and support cannot remedy it. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A refund or chargeback permanently blocks the associated key and entitlement.

Email support@digi.sa with the purchase email, order or payment reference, and a short description. Do not email full payment-card details. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
